Our service manager, Kay Pedersen, has been with South Star Chrysler since the doors were opened 15 years ago.  She directed the operation of the service and parts department in the early years and then returned to take over the operation of the Service Department in June 2008. Kay is not only the service and Parts Director, but also owns the dealership with her husband Bill.  In addition to these responsibilities, Kay is the spokesperson for the dealership and does all of the TV and radio advertising.

Prior to opening the dealership, Kay worked 7 years for the factory at Chrysler Corporation's Kansas City Zone office as a Service and Parts District Manager.  As a District Manager she was a consultant to over 50 Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep dealers regarding Technical Concerns, Customer Satisfaction, Warranty Administration, Merchandising and Dealer Profitability.
